Creation of modern system of professional development for the purpose of preparation of highly qualified personnel, to the meeting high spiritual and moral requirements on the basis of revision of the available system of training in the sphere of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies, distribution of periodicals and ensuring information security and introduction of the methods of training based on new pedagogical technologies;
The organization of work with shots, on their professional development and retraining according to requirements of processes of formation and creation of the developed constitutional state;
formation of plans of professional development and retraining of personnel proceeding from forecasts of social and economic development of the country, requirements of society, modern achievements of science, culture, equipment and technologies;
Creation of modern normatively-legal, material and technical and informative base, providing the high level both high-quality retraining, and professional development of shots in new social and economic conditions, according to requirements of the National program of preparation and retraining of personnel;
The organization of exchange of experience with experts and heads of the leading national and foreign companies and the enterprises of branch, and also training of employees for selection and formation of a reserve of shots;
formation and maintaining a reserve of frames of Inspection on the basis of continuous updating, development and improvement of legal, scientific, educational-methodical and material and technical base;
Formation and introduction of systems of distance learning for professional development and retraining of personnel;
Interaction with institutes and training centers of professional development of shots concerning formation of plans of professional development of employees, quality of their training, and also scope of branch occupations;
conducting monitoring on periodicity, quality, terms of carrying out training, formation of training programs and plans for the respective directions, and also the analysis of efficiency of the given classes;
Formation of a personnel reserve for expeditious replacement of key positions at the expense of internal resources of the enterprise;
development of international relations in the field of training proceeding from national interests on a mutually advantageous basis.
